Weekly Workout 2

Hola!

Week 2 Workout is a doozy, so get ready. I slacked off last week and skipped the last workout, so I’m making up for it this week!

YOU GOT THIS

Monday:

  • 10 minutes of Pilates by Greatist (This one HURRTTSSS)
  • Back and Shoulders Barbell Routine by Skinny Mom
  • 20 minutes on medium intensity Stairmaster (or just a brisk pace up and down stationary stairs)
  • Brisk walk on treadmill until cool down with stretches (lots of muscle work here to stretch EVERYTHING)

Wednesday:

  • CARDIO DAY
    • Jog at comfortable pace for 1 mile
    • Fartleks – mix short walks with longer sprints (on a track, sprint straights and walk curves)
    • Once you find yourself struggling to get to your sprint speed, walk and cool down
  • Be cautious of your heart rate here, but really push it!

Friday:

  • Tone It Up Bikini Arms Routine (It is swimsuit season after all)
  • Tone It Up Saturday Core and Booty Workout
  • Brisk walk on tall incline on treadmill 15 minutes and cool down stretch
